It’s a challenging time for our industry but our whole team is set up and ready to provide you with the help and support you need. The business continues to operate at full capacity with some staff in the office and the rest of the team working from home.
You may have seen the news that the Government has given the green light for estate agents to open – Unfortunately this does not mean that we can fully open our doors and continue business as normal just yet. As you can imagine there are many health and safety procedures that need to be put in place first and we are working towards this.
We’re rigorously following the advice of the government and Public Health England and putting the safety and well-being of our employees and valued customers first.

Property Check Outs
If you have given notice to vacate your property, we will shortly be arranging your final inspection – we do have processes in place in order to be able to carry these out safely – we will contact you near the end of tenancy date to discuss.
Repairs & Maintenance
Our team of contractors are continuing to work throughout the lockdown – our plumbers, electricians and maintenance contractors are continuing to carry out gas safety checks, EPCs, general maintenance and gardening – please continue to contact us by telephone or email if you have any a repairs that need to be addressed.
We are happy to say that we will shortly be able to arrange viewings and valuations.
