For ease of reference we set out our fees which are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated:

Fully Managed:10% of the monthly rent collected (To be confirmed with the negotiator) plus VAT
Initial set up fee: £400
Inventory Free of Charge
Registering of Deposit with approved Scheme: £18 per annum
A fee of £300 is payable on subsequent/change of tenancy and for the preparation of a Schedule of Condition
Check Out & Final Inspection included

Rent Collect Only: 5% of the monthly rent collected

Registering & Holding Deposit with Approved Scheme: £18 per annum

Introduction of a Tenant Only: £400
Inventory £100
Registering & Holding Deposit with Approved Scheme: £100 for the duration of the tenancy

Set up fees/subsequent fees include credit checks and rent guarantee for a period 6 months (up to a maximum of 2 tenants – any more tenants to be charged per tenant £75 per tenant)
